Laura is the owner of La Marie Brow Club, a permanent cosmetics studio located in Allentown, Pittsburgh. She has been enjoying years of much success and growth, but it occurred to Laura that there was a need for other services that could benefit her clients, more along the lines of grooming the brows and lifting the lashes to enhance the look and longevity of their permanent makeup. However, things like brow tinting, lamination, and waxing fall under a cosmetology license, and are not permitted to be done under the same roof as tattooing.

This is where Jessica came in. As a previous hair salon owner of many years, who had just moved to Pittsburgh and was looking for her next career move, she met Laura and things just clicked into place! They came up with the idea to combine their experience and open Brow & Crown Collective, a hair and brow salon under a cosmetology license, to complement La Marie Brow Club. What’s even better is they found a space only a few doors down from La Marie, so going back and forth between the two will be a cinch for clients.  

The space itself was created to inspire relaxation and comfort, but with a unique twist. Each room has its own personality come to life, with little surprises to discover in every one. Jessica and Laura wanted it to feel almost like home, or at least somewhere you would want to stay awhile and put your feet up. With that in mind they’ve let their imaginations run wild and the result is just something you’ll have to come see for yourself!
